Makes recount behave like it has ElvUI's inherit Global fade option enabled

Description

Action bars and unit frames could do it, now recount can too.

Fades the main recount window based on the value set in "ElvUI > ActionBars > Global Fade Transparency"

Fading occurs when:

  • You are not in combat
  • You have no target
  • You have no focus
  • The mouse is not over recount
