Simple ElvUI datatext to show your character's Garrison Resources and Apexis Crystals.
What's new

- Fixes to use inbuilt currency icons and itemlink tooltips
- Small internal code change to move functions into a namespace (don't pollute global) - no visible change for users.
- Fixed error in Options processing because the datatexts module reference was misssing.
