ElvUI_SpellRanks
A simple ElvUI plugin to add spellrank (when applicable) to ElvUI Classic cast bar.
Because ElvUI version for Classic does not plan on adding spellranks, I made this very small plugin.
It is compatible with the current ElvUI "show target" castbar option.
Works only with Classic and TBC
