Essential Cooldown Manager Anchors works.

Icons for both player and Essential Anchored castbars can be altered to insure pixel perfect fit. 

Pet Anchored castbar can also be added to essential and go back to player anchored when without pet. 

Border Adjustment is set to have increments of 0.5 and goes from 1 to 50 to ensure better fitment.
