Eloquence revived

Three fixes to how classes and filters interact.

A line no longer carries two terms of address. "Goodbye, friend." was coming out as "Suffer well, companion, friend" for a death knight — the Fantasy Writer renames "friend" to "companion" before the dialect adds its own. Plain Human had the same fault by a different route, giving "King's honor, friend, companion."

Class idioms now take precedence over the Fantasy Writer. Nine idioms — good luck, be careful, thank you, no problem — were being rewritten before the class could speak, so a death knight wished people well like anyone else. Now "Good luck out there" correctly becomes "Die well out there."

A repeated possessive collapses. "Thank you" was becoming "My my thanks to you."
