**Profile Sync System Upgrade**
Profile syncing has been rebuilt from the ground up into two-way sync groups. A sync group is a set of profiles that stay linked: change a module's settings on any profile in the group and the others update automatically. With this rework came several major changes so in order to preserve everyones profiles I removed any active syncs. *This means you will need to re-add any profiles that were previously syncd to begin syncing them again.*

**Targeted Spells - Raid & PvP Support**
- **NEW:** Targeted Spells now works in raids and PvP! Enemy casts aimed at a raid member show an icon on their raid frame, with its own settings section (Frames tab, above Extras)

**PvP / Arena Fixes**
- Fixed raid/party frames sometimes not showing a member at all when they joined during a loading screen (3v3 arena loads especially) - no more /reload needed
- Fixed stale private auras with wrong-sized borders appearing on frames after arena loading screens
- Fixed the Cooldown Manager sometimes disappearing after leaving an arena match
