**Cooldown Manager:**
- Fixed CDM bar very occasional visual blink when proccing empty barrel on brewmaster monk

**Unit Frames:**
- Fixed detached power bar showing behind the unit frame border (for real this time)
- Fixed font outline/shadow not applying to player auras stack count and duration text
- Increased max buff/debuff size slider from 40 to 50

**Nameplates:**
- Friendly NPC names now display as a single line
- Fixed friendly NPC nameplates showing Blizzard health bars inside instances instead of default name text

**Bags:**
- Fixed custom categories resetting to the bottom of the list after /reload instead of staying at their saved position

**Quality of Life:**
- Fixed Shifter options page hiding when shift+dragging a Blizzard window
- Fixed "Reset Specific Window" dropdown not updating after saving a new window position
