Made talent reminders associate with spec/class. Added migration to heal over time for users who added before this, once you spec into a talent that has an associated reminder, it will remember that association from there on out. New added spells will associate automatically.
Added Unlock Mode circular dependency detection and fixing for width/height matching (when you would width match dynamic elements in a circle so A->B, B->C, C->A) WHY WERE YOU GUYS DOING THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE LMAO
