EllesmereUI Forever Fix

A small compatibility addon for EllesmereUI on WoW Forever.

Current supported version:

• EllesmereUI 9.2.6
• EllesmereUI Action Bars 9.2.6
• WoW Forever Interface 16001

What it fixes

• stance/form Action Bar paging;
• changing form while already in combat;
• custom paging on Bars 2–10;
• Main Bar paging;
• vehicle / possess / override paging;
• hidden/empty Action Bar slots while dragging;
• Profiles & Presets being disabled on Forever.

Paging has been tested in-game with EllesmereUI 9.2.6.

Important: ForeverSVFix is still required

This addon unlocks EllesmereUI's profile/settings system, but it does not fix WoW Forever's broken SavedVariables loader.

For settings and profiles to survive /reload, relogging and full client restarts, install:

EllesmereUI + EllesmereUI Forever Fix + ForeverSVFix

EllesmereUI 9.2.6 click behavior

EllesmereUI 9.2.6 now handles drag/click safety itself on Forever.

Because secure snippets are unavailable, it uses key-up instead of key-down for action activation. This addon no longer overrides that behavior.

Login warning

When ForeverSVFix is detected, the large blocking Forever warning is suppressed because the settings-persistence workaround is already active.

If ForeverSVFix is missing, EllesmereUI may still warn you.

Open:

EllesmereUI → Forever Fix → Options

You can see:

• supported-version status;
• ForeverSVFix detection;
• Secure Paging Workaround;
• Empty-Slot Drag Targets;
• compatibility diagnostics.

Not fixed

Raid Frames, Quickdraw and Raid Tools functionality that depends on secure-handler snippets remains unavailable on the current Forever beta client.
