Update for WotLK:
1. Add libs to avoid taint
2. Hide minimap tracker icon, use minimap middle click toggle it
3. Remove charactor icon because i feel useless, also corners have 4 icon already: battleground, LFG, mail, dungeon flag
4. Add calendar and addon config toggle to right-click menu
5. Skin watchframe quest item
6. Rework Worldmap modules, hide background texture, better button position, enable NPC interact when worldmap opened
7. Show clock when mouseover minimap
