New feature:

- Added a bar to track the Primordial Arcanic Pulsar legendary for Balance druid (only). Only the basic version is released for now, where it shows the number of stacks that is shown in the buff section. 

 

Bugfixes:

- Fixed issues with the frame where the user could move the addon without clicking in the frame

- Fixed an issue where the bars were appearing when resizing
