    feat(config): per-spec enable toggle; header shows class + spec slot

    - Move enabled from character-level root field into specs[specID].
    - GetSpecSlot seeds each spec slot's enabled from the legacy root
      field on first access; IsEnabled reads the spec slot (read-only, no
      slot creation on the Evaluate hot path) with legacy root fallback.
    - SetEnabled writes via GetSpecSlot; GetDurations reuses it.
    - Header line now reads "Current Class: X  Config Spec: Y" (zhCN:
      当前职业 / 配置专精, zhTW: 目前職業 / 配置專精); ENABLE label
      "Global Enable" -> "Enable" (spec-scoped).

    fix(minimap): auto-size menu width to the longest entry

    The fixed 210px menu clipped the longest title ("Easy Button Aura by
    CDM" overflowed the right border). Measure each entry's rendered width
    with FontString:GetStringWidth() and size the menu (and item hit
    rects) from the widest one.

    fix(minimap): fixed left-side menu anchor; menu items use TOC titles

    - Menu always opens left of the button, anchored by its TOPRIGHT to
      the button's TOPLEFT (was flipping side based on which half of the
      minimap the button sat on).
    - Menu entries show the add-on's English TOC title instead of ad-hoc
      localized names (those localized labels existed nowhere else and
      were removed entirely).

    - MinimapHub.lua: same shared hub implementation across the three Easy
      add-ons; creates the button if loaded first, otherwise registers
      name/icon/toggle callback (opens this add-on's config frame).
    - TOC declares shared per-character SavedVariables EasyMinimapHubDB
      for button position persistence.

    - Remove PAGE_DESC description from config window (spec line kept);
      no-spells hint and scroll area re-anchored to the spec line
