Fix: aura countdown text no longer covers the world map

- Lower the AuraContainer strata from HIGH to MEDIUM (with FrameLevel 1000), matching the fix already shipped in easyButtonAuraByUnit (dcb01c3). HIGH strata rendered above the world map (MEDIUM), drawing countdown text over the map.
