fixed graphical issues on the scrolling list
fixed plus/minus sign of the headers in the expand menu
scrolling will be more consistent and fluent now , there will be no more huge empty spaces
found a rare bug with "Zygor" type of addons.
for some reason if you have Zygor addon , ERC's scroll frame and buttons stop working.
