• Add WoW Forever support, update interface versions, add icon and README
  • Add EasyDelete_Camelot.toc (interface 16001) for WoW Forever. The
    edit box, Yes button and DELETE_ITEM_CONFIRM event the addon uses all
    exist on the Forever client, so the Lua runs unchanged.
  • Update interface numbers to the current live clients: Retail 120100,
    Mists 50504, TBC Anniversary 20506, Classic Era 11509, Titan 38002.
  • Add a trash-can icon (Media/Icon.tga) shown in the AddOns list via
    IconTexture on every client, plus a PNG copy for the README.
  • Rewrite the README and keep it out of the packaged zip.
  • Fix the 'valueable' typo in the addon notes.
