Easy Controller - Forever

After this update, quit and restart the game: it adds files, which a /reload doesn't load.

• Wheels: the stick that aims, left or right (asked): Wheels › Opening › Stick that aims. The consumables wheel and your own wheels are aimed with the left stick (the default, as before) or the right one. The Party/Healer wheel keeps the right stick. The wheel's help, its hint and the options' tips name the stick chosen. Changed in combat, it applies once the fight ends.
• Translations in their own files (asked on CurseForge): Locales/, one file per language (enUS.lua the base, frFR.lua, deDE.lua, esES.lua also for esMX, itIT.lua); Core.lua keeps only the code. Every text stays the same in every language. To add a language: copy a file, translate it, list it in the TOC (README › Translations).
• Updated while the game was running: if the game didn't load the new files (a /reload after an update), the addon no longer fails: it says in the chat to restart the game.
