Blocks npc chatter and yells, and player yells. This is version 2.0 of NPCBlocker, only a lot cleaner, and with options. Ability to add and remove NPCs, along with control over sets of NPCs coming soon.
Still blocks good ole Topper, and now includes that Scout in your garrison.
