Dyre's Sounds 0.1.3-beta

Changes

• Listed under Dyre's Toolkit in the in-game AddOn list, with the other Dyre's AddOns.
• Removed the "Short" sounds: WoW Forever does not have them, so they never played.

Notes

• Beta for WoW: Forever. Built for Forever beta 1.60.1, build 70450, Interface 16001. It runs on later beta builds while the client provides the APIs it needs.
• A library: the sounds and sound picker that Dyre's AddOns share. It does nothing on its own; install it when one of them asks for it.
