First open beta release

• ToDos:
• Handle Anchors as bars
• Change Bar Libary for I did some changes which will possibly cause errors when other addons uses this lib too
• Add new sound files
• Check how to get to the spell cooldowns to create bars for them too
• Maybe class specific modules to track other things like compagnion life time
