DynamicStatWeights_CharacterPlanner (DSW)

- Classic is the default theme. All animated themes and artwork are included.
- Added 20 animated themes with 2K artwork, larger live previews, and a saved theme choice.
- Gave similar themes different shapes and movement, including stars, meteors, ice branches, prisms, blossoms, steam, lightning, and gears.
- Reduced busy star and circuit effects. Buttons and fields stay solid with subtle animation inside their borders.
- Added separate app and animation opacity sliders in Options. Both default to 75% and save your settings.
- Removed the opacity explanation from Options. Turning animation off keeps the artwork still; hidden windows stop animating.
- Made the language button smaller, placed Themes before Information Guide, and updated translated theme help.
- Centered the Target heading and checkboxes between the stat selectors and Minimum fields.
- Improved stat-row spacing and centered values, with gold Rating/Percent labels and clickable unit symbols without extra outlines.
- Centered stat names and the Secondary stat heading on their selector buttons, keeping the DSW text in place.
- Improved planner contrast, the Build Set button, and spacing around the bottom controls.
- Restored simpler stat totals and a centered Consumables heading. Moved actions below totals, cache/status text to the bottom, and added footer padding.
- Updated the loot-filter title to include enabled sources. Venom 344 stays visible after clearing the cache or scanning.
- Fixed planner checkboxes rebuilding the set when clicked. Use Build Set to choose a new set.
- Venomstone and Venom 344 update eligible selected item levels without replacing gear, gems, enchants, or crafted stat choices.
- Automatic sockets keep your chosen gems in other sockets.
- Added Delve trinkets to Labyrinth Items on both trinket cards at Hero 6/6 item level 321, with source tooltips.
