Sets view distance and shadow quality in capital cities (Valdrakken, Dornogal, Silvermoon) and dungeons to "Raid and Battleground" values.
On first launch the addon will save your current settings to SavedVariables. If you want to change the "overworld" values, set them through the in-game settings ("Base" tab) and use /dyngs to update them.
