New tab: Text to Speech

A full rework of the old announcement system for enemy casts.

• Changed Advanted Classification filters — You can now choose between which mob types get announced (bosses, elites, casters, normal mobs instead of the old elite+ system).
• Expanded more on the Blizzard's built-in Combat Audio Alert system for more QoL.
• You can now choose the between either voice or sounds for text-to-speech.

New tab: Focus Bar

A standalone cast bar for your focus target

• The Focus Bar comes with its own width, height, and position sliders, independent of the main bars.
• You can also attach it to Focus Frame thanks to the attach point.
• Plenty of toggleable options :Show Target, Show Icon, Show Timer, Show Total Cast Time or Show Symbol for more control.
• Its own Interruptible / Non-Interruptible colour pickers.
• Toggles for Glows & Kick History for Focus Bar as well as raid markers.

New tab: Targeted Icons

Standalone icons showing the player casts that is aimed at them. Weakaura-like.

• Icons toggles & dropdowns to modify the way rows look fully customizable.

New tab: Kick History

System that briefly shows who interrupted an enemy cast is interrupted.

• Hold Duration for how long the interrupter's name stays up.
• Fully customizable: Shows the interrupter's name, recolour the bar on interrupt and other toggles available.

Quality of Life

- Options moved out of Advanced into their proper tabs

• Channelled-cast and classification colour options surfaced in Bar Appearance.
• TTS Filters moved and renamed in Text-To-Speech tab
• Added Sparks in Bar Appearance.

• Colour pickers set to take less space on the panel to reduce the need to scroll.
• Added lines to differentiate between standalone features and main bars settings on the left-hand size bar.

Bug Fixes & Changes

• Code split from one large file into a modular system for better upkeep & better performance.
