Mythic Dungeon Casts (Cast Bars + Targeted Spells)

Changes:

• Icon should match the bar size by default.
• You can now drag the preview anywhere by selecting it. Removed the anchor.
• Reworked the import/export system with Libs. Old profiles are still supported but new profiles import strings use the new system and are a lot shorter.
• Various Optimisations (Channeled casts toggle, glows).
• Seperated Bosses from elite in advanced TTS filters for more control.

Bugfixes:

• Casts now appear correctly when a nameplate spawns mid-cast.
• Casts from enemies spawning from enemies like totems are now properly displayed.
• Icon and bars are now a single unified bar with one shared border. Cleaned obsolete icon border settings.
• Note text in options now display at the right size.
• The channeled toggle now only changes colour of interruptible channeled casts.
• Smoother Animations & Hide non-interruptible spells are now exclusive due to display errors.

New features - Added new toggles in advanced:

• Truncate Long Target Names (Names should no longer go past the bar size with this option enabled).
• In-Combat only nameplate tracking (Updated how bars track mobs and kept the previous behaviour as a toggle option for those who want it).
