Coordinated update of all twelve packages for WoW Classic Era 1.15.9 (Interface 11509). Update Core, Suite and your installed modules together.

Dungeon Watch

• New independent dungeon and raid reset tracker, requiring Core. Noctis Guides now requires Dungeon Watch so it installs with the guides.
• Choose up to eight dungeon and raid medallions beneath Noctis' wings; selections, order and HUD visibility are saved per character. The central hourglass sits beneath the yards badge and opens the independent list.
• Includes custom artwork for 19 Classic dungeons and seven Classic Era raids, level ranges, and a recommendation crest when your level matches.
• Blue waiting, green ready and neutral checking states; Hide, Auto-hide and Always show apply to every HUD icon, including the central hourglass.
• Countdowns fit within their circular frames and use a darker waiting blue.
• Server-saved lockouts and locally recorded entry-history estimates are distinct. Unknown or expired data is not confirmed readiness. No lockout, entry allowance or Hardcore safety is promised; instances are never reset.

Suite, Toolkit and Noctis

• Naglet's Toolkit installs with Suite by default, without a load cycle, and can run with Core alone. It opens Dungeon Watch when installed.
• Suite includes Dungeon Watch's onboarding page and settings.
• Noctis reserves room for selected medallions; Gavrial's Call docks below visible rows. Empty gaps remain transparent to world clicks.
• Noctis flight prompts include its emblem. Choosing a flight manually keeps a mouse-transparent Noctis route marker and legend on the native map; stale suggestions disappear. The marker never buys a flight or replaces Blizzard's flight buttons.

Menagerie

• Corrected the custom beast health bar's layering and solid fill. Health remains visible above the panel art; normal, silver and gold portrait borders retain their different appearance.

Verification limits

Automated code, regression and package checks are recorded in the release verification report. The native Menagerie gallery reload showed visible green health bars and distinct normal/silver/gold frames without new recorded errors. Live elite combat, the final small Dungeon Watch countdown appearance, and the route marker at a real flight master remain unconfirmed. Headless checks do not establish live server entry-cap rules.

The other packages are version-aligned; their runtime behavior is unchanged.
