Dungeon Tools is a Mythic+ Dungeon Planner AddOn designed to help you plan your pulls in order to time your keys as efficiently as possible. With the ability to see mob positions, groups, abilities and percentages of forces, and a breadth of other additional information, you can make choices ahead of time on what to pull, when to pull it and how to approach it.
Each NPC has been mapped out, along with all their abilities, which CC they are vulnerable to, and additional in-encounter mechanics to be aware of, and is displayed on an interactive map. From there, you can map out what you intend to pull, in the order you wish to pull it. Its collaborative editing and sharing features allow you to also share with your group members, as long as they also have this add-on.
Dungeon Tools will always be completely free of charge, and is licensed under GPLv2, along with being managed by multiple people. You are welcome to contribute to it, extend it, make it yours (but if you do, don't forget to submit the changes via PR so everybody gets them ;-) ).
thanks keep it up :)
Where is the donate button? I want to support.
In reply to cayjan:
Hey!
There is no donate button for now. I'm still setting everything up, and frankly, the original plan was to donate all the proceeds from curseforge to charity and list individual authors/contributors if they want instead.
You can donate code, logs or help with stuff, though. Would be super appreciated ;-)
does anyone know if you can import routes created on MDT or does it not work? or if you share a route, can people use MDT use it too?
In reply to IRL_Lancelot:
It's based on the MDT codebase so yes you can.
In reply to IRL_Lancelot:
For now, the route format is exactly the same. There will hopefully be some changes. The issues on my list re: route serialization are the following:
- If the mob data changes, routes change with them, even though the route was designed for a potentially older route
- Route data tags groups and group membership. As a result, if a mob has to be de-grouped (which is one of my headaches atm - a lot of halls of atonement and DoS have incorrect mob links), it fucks route % for existing routes irreversibly
- There is no way to know what mob data version the route was built for
- Affixes are done by week, not by actual affixes. If the week rotation changes, the route will "silently" change without actually telling you it wasn't designed for said affixes (which is a killer on bolstering)
- The affix choice themselves leaves to be desired. For instance, we use a pug-friendly ToP route that works on everything but bolstering. I have no way to represent this
So, for now, it all works, but expect changes in the future. I'm not doing them immediately right now, because two of them are major breaking changes.
Thank you for this!
Thanks for this!
thank you, good alternative, maybe even better
Thank You!
Looks like Mythic dungeon tools is reverting changes to paywall, no reason to keep this version of the addon going unless the mod author has plans to make this one way different

What's to stop Nnoggie from having another meltdown in 6 months? If this one is maintained I don't see myself using anything Nnoggie puts out.
In reply to Shiv_G3:
So I made the comment back when all I thought this addon was for was a mirror of mythic dungeon tool with the mob data included. Seeing that the author of this version of the addon has ideas to improve it shows that its a good idea to keep it going. I don't see Nnoggie doing this again and pay walling (or other such things), because if he did, it will be the death of his version of the addon. I only worry that if both version of the addon become popular that sharing routes will become harder, but that a worst case scenario and the positives out way the negatives.
In reply to kingreboot:
We will continue to update and mantain the DB's currently working ot determine logistics/features we will like to see short term/Long term
In reply to kingreboot:
Pretty sure his meltdown just recently caused the death of his version of the addon already, hence why this one exists. Why would anybody trust MDT after that BS?
In reply to Kaedis:
its no longer dead, and most people have gone back to the other version. When I mean dead, I mean dead and no one is going back to his version
In reply to kingreboot:
Well, I'mma be here laughing when he inevitably pulls that meltdown crap again and y'all that swapped back go all shocked pikachu.
Thank you for this!
Good to see the community decided to take over!
