Added

- `/ds now` and `/ds shot` — take a screenshot immediately using the same capture path as automatic shots (hide UI, play sound, `SCREENSHOT_TAKEN` message unless silent). Clears any delayed pending capture first so a timer cannot fire a duplicate shot afterward. Does not check enabled or out of combat only (explicit manual action).
- `/ds cancel` — clears a scheduled delayed screenshot and combat wait state; prints `PENDING_CANCELLED` or `PENDING_NOTHING` when not in silent mode.
- `/ds toggle` — flips enabled, syncs the options checkbox, prints `ENABLED` / `DISABLED`.
- `/ds status` — new `STATUS_PENDING` line (Yes/No) for whether a delayed shot is waiting (including while waiting for combat to end).

Changed

- `HELP` (en / ua / ru) — documents `toggle`, `now`, `shot`, `cancel`.
- Version — 3.7 in `.toc`.
