Single target tank rotation was not prioritising Mangle to be used on cooldown, it would delay Mangle to cast Lacerate if Mangle had less that 1.5s left of its cooldown. It will now prioritise Mangle unless Lacerate stacks will drop off target, in which case it will prioritise Lacerate.
