- Added a rebuffing option to only rebuff a spell early that was cast by another druid if you have the talent for the improved version. This is so druids with weak buffs (like ferals) won't have to see rebuff warnings for others when it's probably a more powerful version they can't overwrite. If you're the caster of the buff, you'll still rebuff normally even without the talents.
