DruidBoy
One big, movable icon that shows how many of your Rejuvenations are rolling across the group, with a swipe and countdown for the one that runs out first, and an optional glow once you have enough of them up. The same tracker works for every healer's signature heal-over-time.
Clean, lightweight, and built for World of Warcraft Midnight (12.1.5): it keeps working in combat under the new "secret value" rules, and it never throws errors.
What it tracks
| Spec | Heal-over-time |
|---|---|
| Restoration Druid | Rejuvenation + Germination as one count, with an optional second icon for Regrowth |
| Preservation Evoker | Echo |
| Mistweaver Monk | Renewing Mist |
| Restoration Shaman | Riptide |
| Discipline Priest | Atonement |
Only your own applications are counted. Pets in the group count too.

A note on Midnight and combat
In Midnight, Blizzard no longer lets addons read an exact count of your heal-over-time effects during combat. Out of combat DruidBoy shows the true count and timers. In combat it tracks the HoTs you cast yourself, with pandemic and Germination handled, and re-syncs to the real state the moment combat allows. This is the most any addon can do under the new rules, and it is accurate for your own casting.
