* Fixed a bug with the Eclipse tracker's label when switching from bars to icons.
* Removed some debugging code printing to the chat window.
* Replaced Faerie Fire Feral/Imp Faerie Fire with the new stacking debuff.
* Added bars for Tranquility, Tree of Life, Swiftmend, Nature's Swiftness,
  Wild Growth, Force of Nature and Innervate.
* The frame dimensions should scale properly now when changing height/width/spacing.
* Reset Bars now works properly.
* Starsurge is now tracked by default.
* Glyph of Starsurge now updates the Starfall cooldown properly.
* Scarlet Fever and Demoralizing Roar (Pet) are now counted for Demoralized.
* Stampede and Hemorrhage are now counted for Mangled.
* The Blizzard Eclipse Frame and Eclipse Energy bar no longer show if you're not Balance.
* Tooltips will now use the proper debuff tooltip instead of the spell tooltip.
