* Added a throttle to OnUpdate, which will lower CPU usage significantly.
* Icon Only mode: With this enabled, only spell and ability icons will be displayed, no bars.
  Counters and cooldowns will be overlaid on the icons, which can be displayed in a row or a column.
* Added an option to track Starfall's duration and cooldown. The Starfall bar will
  show in red when you're over 20 yards away from your target while using Glyph of Focus.
* Added an option to change the text color.
* The Moonfire bar will now show the number of extensions to Moonfire's duration from Glyph of Starfire.
* The Rip bar will now show the number of extensions to Rip's duration from Glyph of Shred.
* Cleaned up a number of functions for the options panel.
* Cooldown bars will no longer show for disabled abilities. -- Reported by Friikki
* Demo Screech will now properly cause the Demoralized bar to appear.
* Timer text now has a drop shadow as well.
* Fixed a bug where font settings weren't applying properly.
