Druid Rotation Helper

Adds Feral Combat Cat DPS support alongside Balance. The addon now detects your talent tree and handles Cat Form, Faerie Fire (Feral), shared Mangle tracking, Clearcasting Shreds, full-duration Rip, short-target Ferocious Bite, and smart powershifting around energy ticks. Shred remains the default builder, with a Mangle option for front-facing or solo play and optional advanced Bite weaving. Existing Balance settings are preserved. The built-in rotation checks have expanded from 25 to 44.
