Druid HUD

One druid display that follows your form, with timers that keep working in combat on Forever.
What's new
- Edit mode reworked: drag the green box to move the HUD, drag the bars into another socket, Shift + drag an icon. Drop anything outside the HUD to unsocket it.
- One-click form boxes in the edit window. Reset resets the form you are editing; Reset all in the menu asks first, then resets everything.
- Menu: Lock, Theme, Animate Wildshape, Scale, Icon spacing and a new Opacity slider.
- Default scale is 1.3.
- Done and the X in the edit window return to the menu. Entering combat closes the menu, edit mode and the share window.
- Opacity slider added.
