Added the ability to change the RGB and transparency (couldn't get to 100% opaque)

Also added some more sounds that you can switch between. (may add more in the future)

To access these settings its the same as the alert percentage. Go into options menu then navigate to the addons tab and you should find them in there :)

P.S. Sorry the addon was broken for so long .. i wasn't playing wow and had no idea blizzard decided to change the method to more modern wows approach to handling addon settings screen >.<
