  • Move your cursor over the bar to reveal a small panel with two check-boxes:
    ☑️ Lock move & ☑️ Lock resize.
    Locks are saved in DWT_Settings and applied on login.

  The panel automatically flips above or below the bar to stay on-screen.

  Single bottom-right resize handle, darkened by default and shown on hover.
• Live Min-Size Clamp
  Bar can’t shrink below 100 px × 8 px while you drag—no more “vanishing” bar.

• Resolved nil errors (SetMinResize, ApplyLocks, anchor family).
• Options panel no longer hides while interacting with its check-boxes.
