  emptied the Tactics Board / silenced reminders  
  because the old phase detector was getting

  • Marker Helper: two MRT-parity visibility gates
  added — hide when ungrouped (default on), hide  
  when you don't have raid assist (default on). The 
  bar gets out of the way when you can't use it
                                                    
  • Tactics Center / Timeline plan rename: ✏️  button
   next to the timeline title, plus a Rename entry
  in each card's ▼ menu. After rename, the daemon   
  treats the plan as local-ahead so the next push
  won't silently overwrite the new name
