  - 新增 动态战术板：在「通知配置」启用后，屏幕上悬 
  浮显示当前方案的事件列表 —— 距当前秒数 + 文字 /

  图标，按阶段分组；玩家技能后缀玩家名（职业色）  
  - 动态战术板 进战斗自动切到当前 boss 的方案；时间
  按「事件所在阶段」相对计时，未到的阶段数字冻结

  提前提醒时刻起对应行变绿，触发瞬间闪一下；支持鼠标
  滚轮翻动，战斗中下一个技能变绿时自动回顶

  - Tactics Board: auto-switches to the engaged

  phases you haven't reached freeze instead of
  ticking                                           
  - Tactics Board: rows turn green at the configured
   lead-time and flash on trigger; mouse wheel      
  scrolls the list, auto-snaps to top when the next
  event arms                                        
  - Tactics Board: header now has an [Open Timeline]
   button — one click opens the full timeline window
   for the current plan
