• Kill locations: every kill now notes where you were standing when it died (map coordinates, to one decimal, with the map). When the log folds a day's kills of the same mob into one entry, all of their spots are kept with it. Kills recorded before this version have no location.

Changed

• The Almanac layout is the default for new characters. A character logging in with the addon for the first time starts in the Almanac layout. Characters that already have an Almanac keep the layout they use now. Settings > Page layout and /da layout still switch between the two.
• Settings uses the whole window in the Almanac layout. The page used to keep the Table layout's width and sit in the middle of the bigger window. It now fills the content area: descriptions run wider, and the message checkboxes and Clear buttons use as many columns as fit (5 instead of 4).
