This is a small addon that replaces the functionality of the "Summon Random Favorite Mount" to only summon ground mounts if you can't fly in the current area.

I didn't like running around on big a** dragons in small areas that aren't made for such mounts.

You can define mounts as an exception to that rule now (Version >0.1a) just right-click them in your mount collection and enable "Possible as ground mount", those exceptions are saved account-wide.

to use this addon just create a macro with "/run C_MountJournal.SummonByID(0)" and use that in your actionbar instead of the "Summon Random Favorite Mount" and your good to go, if you're already using a macro with that command no need to do anything.
