Changelog:

• Add countdown spell IDs for Reverse races.
• Fix race start logic to activate on countdown aura removal instead of race aura appearance. This fixes the issue introduced in 10.0.5 where the race aura doesn't drop on race restart via quest item.
• Bump TOC for 10.0.5.
