Dragonheir

Added Dragonheir option in the AddOns option menu. You can now change your unit frame on the fly as well as enabling/disabling the threat bar.

Fixed the threat bar texture in a way that it does not stretch the texture, it cuts it of. Positioned the threat text to match the bar.
