(Workaround) Fixed tooltip not updating properly on PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD. The updateIcons() function is called again 5 seconds after the event in this case only while I devise a proper solution.

Added a new slash command - /ve
/ve exits whatever vehicle you are in, without sending an error message if you are not in a vehicle.
/ve also dismounts you, if you are not flying, not riding the Nagrand-specific mount, and not holding CTRL, SHIFT, or ALT.

This allows you to put /ve at the beginning of your mount macro, to automatically dismount and exit vehicles before attempting to summon a new mount.
