[DPT] Dynamic Pull Timer

Trigger a pre-set pull timer with "/dpt", adapting the timer for raids or parties automatically.

"/dpt" allows you to customize your "/pull" timers for parties and raids independently. This is useful when you want to only use 1 macro/command for raids and dungeons/mythic+. Using "/dpt" can also cancel existing pull timers while active. Configurable for party and raids.
