Initial release
Tracks all warriors, being yourself, anyone in your party, or anyone in your raid. The content being tracked is the potion cooldown (LIP), and Challenging Shout (AOE Shout).
The frame only anchors to the bottom of where you drag it to - based its position based on the bottom left corner.
