### Added
- **Custom Rating Scales**: Added the ability to create and name custom rating scales (e.g. Tanking, Healing, Damage) beneath the main "Rating" slider. Features dynamic layout adjustment, custom dialog popups to add/delete categories, and updates player mouseover tooltips to display all custom ratings.
## Fixed
- **Slash Command Toggle Bug**: Fixed a bug where typing `/dossier` for the first time required entering it twice to display the window.
