• build: release v0.11.7
• fix(addon): survive Forever's secret values during boss encounters
  Entering a dungeon encounter threw "invalid value (secret) at index 1
  in table for 'concat'" and stopped every event from reaching the
  notifiers. Forever applies Midnight's encounter restrictions: while a
  boss fight is on, the client hands addons chat text and names it won't
  let them read, and formatting those for the debug output failed, even
  with debug off. The debug formatting now only runs with debug on and
  can't fail, and the loot and skill-up notifiers skip messages they're
  not allowed to read. Loot and skill-ups during an encounter therefore
  aren't detected; boss kills and everything after the fight are.
• docs: the double PLAYER_DEAD was not feign death; cause unknown, cooldown covers it
