    - Missed file in TOC
    - Change recording strategy to be less fragile
    I gave up and started just mining itemid-to-spellid mappings for all
    recipes.
    - Necking? Apparently.
    - Change approach to item recording to cope with enchants
    Still has some flaws, because subclasses aren't reliable. Also, can't
    work with non-english locales for Enchanting like this. Maybe I should
    switch to using the data-mining approach to this? (recipe itemid =>
    created-enchantid)
    - Hypothetical: we shouldn't scan on IsNPCCrafting()
    - Things in the TOC that shouldn't be any more
    - Don't assume that gettradeskillrecipelink will return something
