v0.8.2-18: new look and performance fix
- Performance: fixed a short stutter every minute or so. The search for unit frame addons' health text now runs a little at a time, and only repeats every 5 minutes.
- Nameplates that can't be read are searched less often.
- Refreshed /did window: purple theme to match the logo, with the logo, version and your credit in the header.
- The preview shows a Voidwalker instead of a boar.
