Fixed

• Raid boss loot now waits for the loot burst to settle before history finalization — the window no longer flips between Current and History while late boss drops are still arriving, and fresh finalized boss drops keep their Ask buttons through the Current view.
• Raid-sized loot lists are scrollable — compact windows still show six rows at a time, but mouse wheel scrolling can reveal older drops when a boss produces more rows.
• Ambiguous same-name raid looters are handled more safely — encounter loot can disambiguate same short-name players by event class when possible, and unresolved same-class duplicates stay visible instead of being collapsed into one row.
• Clearing loot no longer resurrects saved history in Current — /dyni clear hides the current fallback without deleting saved history, and old saved history no longer appears as fresh Current loot after reload.
