0.7b3 Change Log:

- Now 'All sounds' it's really fixed (last fix caused another bug on 2 spells);
- Also Enable/Disable this last options, also lock/unlock the other sounds checkboxes;
- Converted all the WAV files to MP3 and amplified most of them were too low;
(This way addon will shrink it's size :D)
- Added Shadow of Death sound / msg (proc);
- Added Frost and Heart Strike to Scourge Strike;
(I ask you to give me feedback regarding Frost and Heart Strike, since I'm Unholy based, please)
- Added Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade to Acherus Deathcharger, so now option is DK Mounts (only);
( I don't have this mount yet, I ask some confirmation regarding this, please)
